This page hosts the EcoHash Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”), which applies whenever EcoHash LLCprocesses personal data on a customer’s behalf in connection with our Services. The DPA supplements our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, and is incorporated by reference into any Master Service Agreement (MSA) we sign with enterprise customers.
The DPA reflects the data-controller / data-processor relationship contemplated by Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and similar privacy frameworks. It covers the subject matter and duration of processing, the categories of data subjects and personal data involved, our obligations as a processor (including security measures, sub-processor management, data subject request handling, and breach notification), and the Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border data transfers.

Customers who require a signed DPA — typically enterprise customers with GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar regulatory obligations — should contact legal@ecohash.com. We will execute the DPA in the form posted above (with name and signature blocks filled in) and return a counter-signed copy. If your organization requires the DPA to be incorporated into a broader Master Service Agreement, we are happy to do so as part of the contract package.
Self-serve customers
Individual and SMB customers using the Services on a self-serve basis (credit-card top-up, no signed contract) are governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which contain the data-handling commitments most customers in this tier need. The DPA on this page is intended for customers with a formal data-protection officer or counsel-driven review process.
